Creative Transitions (10 – 12)
Creative Transitions is a brand new, exciting project designed to help you prepare for your future. Whether it is a new teacher, a new school, or returning to a new year group that is ahead, there are lots of ways to help you get excited and feel prepared. Using fun, creative exercises that you can do at home, your tutor Lotte will help you to build your confidence, find ways to communicate, build resilience and develop easy ways to cope with nerves. You will learn how to use the Scale of Success to measure your own progress so you’re ready for a new start. Come and join the fun.
Every Tuesday from 6pm – 6.40pm

Workshop run by Lotte Johnson
Lotte Ruth Johnson is a Theatre Director and Acting Coach with a fun, physical and inclusive approach to teaching. Lotte has an MA in Actor Training and Coaching from RCSSD where she developed her teaching practice, focussing on equality and collaboration. She has worked all over the UK as a teacher, Coach, Mentor and Director and is currently Head of Acting and Inclusion at City Academy UK. Alongside teaching, Lotte has directed a number shows as Artistic Director of Blink Theatre, providing a platform for emerging, underrepresented artists. “My job allows me to help people find their confidence, find their voice, find their creative identity and be a part of the positive change in themselves and others.” Lotte Ruth Johnson

How it works
Register for the class. If you have siblings that want to join the same workshop, please ensure your register for each child separately. We will not be able to admit more than 1 child per registration.
We will send you a form to fill in and the Zoom ID and password 3 day before the start of the 1st workshop. Please fill this in at least 1 day before the start of the 1st workshop*.
Make sure you have a device with Zoom downloaded and ready to use.
On the day of the workshop, log into your Zoom from 5.58pm, input the meeting ID and password, turn off your audio and turn on your video camera and wait in the ‘waiting room’ until the host lets you in. Make sure you are there on time, the room will be locked at 6pm.
*It is super important we have the form back as this is the only way you can gain entry online.
How to book
This workshop is free to attend but if you are able to, you can choose to pay what you wish and donate to Theatre Peckham.
You only need to register once for the full 4 week course.
