New Patron Matt Hemley joins Theatre Peckham! Championing 40 years with so much more to come.

New Patron Matt Hemley receives a warm welcome to Theatre Peckham. As Editor of The Stage, the theatre-industry publication, where he has worked for almost 20 years, Matt is passionate about the arts and its role in engaging communities.  He is local to Theatre Peckham and is looking forward to championing our work as a patron during our 40th anniversary year and beyond.

As Theatre Peckham’s newest patron, Matt Hemley joins a distinguished group including acclaimed actor and local resident Jenny Agutter OBE, BAFTA-winning actor John Boyega, Peckham MP Miatta Fahnbulleh, pioneering theatre director Dr Paulette Randall MBE and award-winning playwright Roy Williams OBE FRSL.

Matt Hemley says:
