About the show
The musical theatre concert “Beyond the Bamboo Grove,” produced by Producer Chudi (Jingshu Wei), directed by Yulong Dai will premiere at Canada Water Theatre in London on August 9th, 2025.
Featuring an ensemble cast entirely comprised of Chinese musical theatre performers and students, the concert will showcase beloved repertoire from renowned international musicals alongside selections from the Chinese breakout hit musical 《她对此感到厌烦》, for which Chudi serves as Lead Producer.
This fusion of Eastern and Western musical traditions promises an extraordinary audio-visual feast for the audience.
