About the show

2001 the world saw the largest corporate bankruptcy so far, as energy giant Enron collapses with $74 billion in losses and 90,000 employees losing their jobs. Enron, lauded icon of the future, leaves a swathe of destruction that sends shockwaves across the world. 3000 boxes of evidence, 1800 interviews, 5 years of court cases and decades of prison sentences handed down, and the FBI finally pieced together the story of the largest corporate crime in human history. Every so often, someone comes along and tries to change the world. We just hope that when the smartest minds come together, they’re not just doing it for themselves.
This amateur production of “Enron” is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals Ltd. on behalf of Samuel French Ltd. www.concordtheatricals.co.uk
