About the show

Spend a two hours diving into the world of FOXES with the writer Dexter Flanders and director James Hillier. Both are trained working actors who are also thriving in other  creative fields.

Explore FOXES and understand how ideas are brought to life in new writing. Examine the complex and often frustrating process of bringing new work to the stage with James’ experience as Artistic Director of Defibrillator offering the insight of having produced 13 productions in London and New York. We will discuss writing, acting, producing, directing, fundraising and answer questions you may have regarding your own work and the direction of your creative life.

Workshop participants will receive a free copy of the FOXES playtext and a free ticket for matinee of FOXES at Theatre Peckham on Saturday 6 November. After which there will be a Q&A with Dexter alongside a panel from the Black and queer cultural landscape.

Each workshop is strictly limited to 10 places so do book early!

Age range: 16-24
