Street dancing is all about self-expression. It is fun and offers a great workout for the body, with squats, turns and jumps stretching a variety of muscles. Improvisation and choreography lie at the core of street dancing, with young people allowing rhythmic music to shape the movement of their bodies. Street dance has many benefits: improving stamina; more flexible hands, feet and joints; boosting mental self-confidence and developing concentration and spatial awareness.
£55/term (plus £10 membership)
