Street dancing is all about self-expression. It is fun and offers a great workout for the body, with squats, turns and jumps stretching a variety of muscles.Improvisation and choreography lie at the core of street dancing, with young people allowing rhythmic music to shape the movement of their bodies. Street dance has many benefits: improving stamina; more flexible hands, feet and joints; boosting mental self-confidence and developing concentration and spatial awareness.
