Theatre Peckham is open from 10am Monday to Saturday (excluding classes). Light bites and drinks are available in our Café Bar daily. feel free to use our space to work remotely, or meet with friends, family or colleagues.

Looking for things for you and the little one to do? Why not visit our Treehouse Library to read our collection of diverse children’s stories or visit our Community page to have a look at the community projects we have going on.

Our Theatre Peckham café and bar supports local businesses from around our community. We serve hot Bickles patties and light snacks including popcorn and ice cream, Peckham-roasted coffee from Old Spike, and local craft beer.


How to get here:

By bus: Bus routes 12, 36, 171, 345 & 436.

By train/tube: The nearest Overground stations are Denmark Hill and Peckham Rye, each about 20 minutes walking distance (or longer if you need to swing by Greggs first). Buses connect to Elephant & Castle (12, 171), Oval (36, 436), (Vauxhall (36, 436), Peckham Rye (12) and Brixton (345) stations.

By car: There is very little free parking near Theatre Peckham. There is some space outside for drop-off only.

By bike: There is a bike rack at the front of Theatre Peckham you can use. However, bikes are left at owners’ risk.


At Theatre Peckham, we aim to be as accessible as possible. Our foyer, theatre, and downstairs studio have step-free access. We also have accessible toilets both on the ground floor and upstairs.

Concessions include: Under 16s, Students, those in receipt of a State Pension, Jobseekers Allowance and/or Disability Benefits and Equity Members.


We have baby changing facility in our toilets at ground level and plenty of space for buggy parking.

We also have children’s books for you to enjoy during your visit.

Please ask at the café if you would like any hot water for warming food or bottles.
