We’re championing local voices. To be eligible, at least one member of your creative team, Writer, Director or Producer, must live in Southwark.
About the Season
Young, Gifted & Black is our annual celebration of Young* Black** British Brilliance, a platform for powerful, personal and political work that reflects the richness of Black British life and culture. While the season highlights Black talent, we know identity takes many forms. If your work connects with the heart of this season, we encourage you to apply, and tell us why.
* We define Young as those under the age of 30
** We define Black as people of Black Caribbean, Black African, Afro-Latinx, Afro-Arab and African-American heritage. This also includes people of mixed-Black heritage.
